completed my school education at the International School of Bangkok, Thailand. The four-year experience at that school radically impacted my ideas on teaching and introduced me to the system of co-learning. A system that is the natural character of my training room – regardless of the audience.

am a Graduate in English Literature from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. As President of English Literary Society, at St. Stephen’s, I initiated the first ever two-day literary festival ‘LOGOS’ at the college.

rather than pursuing a full time course, during a one-year break from academics I completed a Certificate course in Media Studies, from the School of Media Studies (St. Stephen’s College).

in the same year I also wrote for All India Radio’s Rajdhani Channel and recorded four of my scripts on topics ranging from Henri Cartier Bresson to the Folk Dances of South India. One of the four scripts recorded in October, 2003 was my own short story “Recipes rediscovered”.

an article I wrote titled ‘Displacing words with Images’, about the changing trends in the print media, was published by Press Institute of India in their magazine ‘Vidura’.

immediately after completing the course I worked as a journalist (intern) with The Hindu’s ‘Metro Plus’.

after completing a PG Diploma course in Cinematography from Apeejay College I pursued my passion for Cinema through various independently produced films including a feature-length documentary “The Madman’s Audience”, which was selected for screening at the India Habitat Centre (June, 05) and Videolab Film Festival (Coimbra, Portugal).

prior to initiating words. rhythms. images I worked:

as a Resource Person and Trainer-of-Trainers with The Hindu’s NIE program [Calicut (Kerala) & Delhi)
as an Instructional Designer with Genpact Content Solutions, Gurgaon
as a Web content writer for e-ventures, LLC, Janak Puri
as a Training faculty with Advait Life-Education (a training company)
as a Trainer, Curriculum Developer and Project Manager for “I Enhanced” (a training company)
